By submitting your collectable item(s) through this form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Offer Process

  • Once you submit details of your item(s), we will review the information and aim to provide a provisional offer within 5 days.

  • All offers are non-binding until the item(s) have been physically inspected by us.

  • We may contact you via email or phone for further information, images, or clarification.

2. Shipping & Collection

  • Upon accepting our provisional offer, we may provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange an alternative method for item delivery.

  • All items must be securely packaged by the seller. We are not liable for any damage incurred during transit due to insufficient packaging.

3. Item Inspection & Condition

  • Once received, all items will undergo a full quality and authenticity inspection.

  • If the item(s) are not as described, are damaged, missing parts, inauthentic, or otherwise do not meet the condition stated at the time of offer, we reserve the right to:

    • Revise or withdraw the original offer.

    • Return the item(s) to you at our expense.

4. Payment Terms

  • No payment will be made until the item has been physically received and approved by us.

  • If the item passes inspection, payment will be made within 3 working days via your selected method (e.g. Bank Transfer, PayPal, Store Credit).

  • You must ensure all payment details provided are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

5. Ownership & Legal Right to Sell

  • By submitting and sending any item to us, you confirm that:

    • You are the legal owner of the item(s).

    • The item(s) are free from third-party claims, finance, or disputes.

    • You are at least 18 years of age.

6. Return of Items

  • If you decline a revised offer or the item does not meet our standards, we will return the item to the address provided during the submission process.

  • Items will be returned using a tracked delivery method. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to items that occur before they arrive with us.

  • Once in our possession, all items are insured during our inspection process.

8. Final Decision

  • All final decisions regarding the acceptance, rejection, valuation, and payment of items rest with The Competition Hive.

  • We reserve the right to decline any item at our discretion.
